Meet Una

My background spans fashion styling, visual merchandising and e-commerce - where I first learned how brands connect with customers and earn their attention. That has since evolved into leading marketing strategy, directing campaigns and working across content, email, digital, PR and partnerships to support growth.

Over the last decade, I've worked with brands including Chupi, StyleSavvy®, Sinead Keary The Label, Weir & Sons and Dunnes Stores Grocery, helping businesses navigate growth, launches, rebrands and periods of change.

What I bring is a balance that's often missing: a strong visual eye grounded in commercial understanding.

I'm as focused on how a brand looks as I am on how it performs, ensuring creative, content and strategy are aligned and working towards the same goal. Whether reviewing a customer journey, planning a campaign or managing external agencies, I approach marketing through both a brand and business lens.

Today, I work closely with founders and in-house teams, providing everything from marketing audits and growth strategies to ongoing fractional marketing leadership. My role often sits between the founder, the wider team and external partners - bringing clarity, structure and momentum to marketing activity.

I take a collaborative, pragmatic approach, grounded in the realities of each business. Whether building from the ground up or refining what's already there, my focus is always on helping brands make better marketing decisions, use their resources more effectively and create work that genuinely moves the business forward.

Working Together

Brand & Performance, Not One or the Other

I bridge the gap between how a brand looks and how it performs—ensuring creative, content and strategy are all working towards commercial results.

Clarity Over Noise

Most brands don’t necessarily need more content or bigger budgets. They need clarity.

Clear positioning, direction and a more focused approach to marketing.

Strategic, but Built for Real Teams

I work in a way that’s collaborative, pragmatic and grounded in reality—supporting founders and in-house teams with direction that can actually be executed.
